Tunteellinen siili – Emotional Hedgehog children’s concert

Salo Culture Services organize the Emotional Hedgehog children’s concert in the Laurinsali hall of the main library in Salo on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 17:30. The venue has limited capacity, max. 55 people, so it is recommended to register in advance for the event. Therefore, please reserve your place by registering via email at: sini.lundgren@salo.fi. The event is free of charge. The concert is suitable for all ages and lasts approximately 35 minutes.

In the brand new concert, the children’s musicians from Oulu, Markus Lampela and Kyösti Salmijärvi from the award-winning Soiva Siili band, as well as Hiski Pajuniemi from Pentti Punkin Syntymäpäivät, will perform together.

The Emotional Hedgehog concert is emotional education in the form of poetry and music. The concert features songs from the musicians’ own productions, accompanied by familiar and perhaps new poems, and the wide range of emotions is experienced together with the audience. The focus is on safe interaction and gentle presence. The concert has recently been “honored” with a view to Kirsi Kunnas’ 100th anniversary in 2024. The concert now includes many of Kirsi’s poems and music made for them!
