Angelniemi – Varsinais-Suomi’s Village of the Year 2023!
Local associations present their activities and there are plenty of things to try.
Welcome to the village celebration where Varsinais-Suomi’s Village of the Year 2024 will also be awarded.
- Opening of the event at the beach at 12 PM, by Salo parish.
- Angelniemi’s hunters offer moose soup (300 servings) from 12 PM to 3 PM in collaboration with Angelniemi’s Anchor.
- Rowing with Angelniemi’s Oar in a church boat.
- Fire Brigade’s equipment presentation and activity course.
- Angelniemi’s church open to the public from 2 PM to 5 PM.
- Speech at 3 PM, awarding of Varsinais-Suomi’s Village of the Year 2024 at 3:30 PM in Ankkurikellari’s yard.
- Waffles, sausages, coffee, etc. for sale. Wheel of fortune draw in Ankkurikellari’s yard.
- Community center doors open from 12 PM to 6 PM, photo exhibition and photo competition voting.
