Veikka Kajamies 4 People is an energetic quartet of young Finnish jazz stars. The band’s bold, seamlessly tight ensemble playing sweeps the listener away through original compositions painted with a broad brush, as well as innovatively arranged covers. Powerful rhythmic concepts and grooves, grand contrasts, and a deep knowledge of the jazz tradition form the foundation of the musical language of the Taimi Award-winning, Turku-based drummer Veikka Kajamies.

SaloJazz is a cozy and high-level series of concerts consisting of the SaloJazz Festival at the end of September and the year-round SaloJazz Live concert series. The festival has been organised annually since 2012.
