Autumn’s most anticipated experience welcomes visitors to a brand-new setting. Pumpkin Park opens for the first time at the greenhouses of Rannikon Puutarha. Thousands of pumpkins, stunning light installations and a unique atmosphere create an unforgettable evening for both first-time and returning guests.

Theme

The 2026 theme is primary food production. Discover where Finnish food begins its journey and explore a real growing environment, opened to the public especially for the event. You can also sample and learn about products made from ingredients grown at the garden.

Enjoy the beauty of autumn, wander through the atmospheric park and take in the seasonal magic. The new location provides a remarkable setting for this year’s opening night.

Pumpkin Weeks

The opening of Pumpkin Park marks the start of Pumpkin Weeks in Salo. While Pumpkin Park is the heart of the event, activities and experiences take place across the city throughout the festival.

Getting Here

Before your visit, please review the arrival information on the Pumpkin Weeks website. Please note that there is no parking available in the immediate vicinity of Pumpkin Park.

The Pumpkin Bus offers an easy and comfortable way to reach the park. Route 622 of Salo public transport Paikku operates Oct 9–18, 2026 between Salo Railway Station, Halikko, Pumpkin Park and Märynummi. Services run daily from 12:10 PM to 10:30 PM.
