The Power of Spells -workshop
Sanojen Salo – festival of word art and poetry will be celebrated from November 8th to 16th, 2024. This year’s theme “feel” will be explored in a multidisciplinary and multisensory way, and of course, in a versatile manner!
The Power of Spells Workshop
On Friday, November 8th at 17:30 at bar Bizarre, we will create spells as our own power and explore our own nature under the guidance of Meri Mort. During the evening, we will also move freely to the rhythm of music, exploring the elements and letting go of the noise of everyday life. We will draw messages from power cards and explore the magic of words. Participants will have the opportunity to create and perform their spells to the beat of a drum and their own heart.
Meri Mort is a yoga teacher trainer, writer, moon traveler, wild woman who enjoys playing with light and shadow and living in the flow of creativity. She leads power circles, creative workshops, and retreats, as well as Black Yoga™. “Pohjolan lumo” is Meri’s latest book and power cards.
