The whole family Fiorelli quintet
Salo Chamber is once again organizing a concert for the whole family in the Kuparisalli Hall of the Salo Seurakuntan on Monday, April 13th at 6 pm. This time the program features Franz Schubert’s beloved Trout Quintet, whose joyful melodies will linger in your mind for a while after the concert. The quintet’s music is captivating and positively energetic. The work is named after Schubert’s song “Trout”, which is the theme of the fourth part of the work. In the original song, an unsuspecting trout is caught by a cunning fisherman!
The concert’s wonderful chamber musicians are pianist Marko Autio, violinist Juha-Pekka Vikman, viola player Antti Vesterinen, cellist Lassi Viljanen and double bass player Marko Mäki. Concert duration approx. 40 min
The concert celebrates the even-numbered anniversary of Antti Vesterinen, a lecturer in violin and viola playing at the Salo Music Institute. Charming music together with talented musician friends – welcome to join the festive concert!
