Children’s Rug Camp – the best handicraft adventure of the summer!

At the camp, kids will design their very own rag rug, which will be woven on real looms! At the end of the camp, they will have their own beloved rug bundle under their arm and fun memories of a handcrafted week in their back pocket.

The rug camp is aimed at primary and secondary school-aged children. The camp is suitable for all children and young people regardless of skill level.

For enthusiastic weavers, there is also the option of additional fun frame weaving.

Leading the camp as the responsible instructor is artisan and chief advisor Minna Lehtovaara.
