Aili Ikonen is one of our country’s top singers and songwriters, known as a sensitive and talented interpreter. Ikonen’s expressive range originates from jazz and boldly breaks beyond genre boundaries. The career of this bright artist includes collaborations with various jazz combos, big band productions and Ella Fitzgerald interpretations. Ikonen is also currently known as a member of the Rajaton singing group. In 2025, Ikonen was awarded the Yrjö Prize, one of the most prestigious awards in the jazz industry, by the Finnish Jazz Association.
